Powerhouse and PSTC: Building a Brighter Future for Welding

The outlook for the welding industry in the Philippines is, at best, optimistic, indicating a bright future for skilled welders, both locally and abroad. To meet the demands of this expanding sector, it is essential for Filipino welders to gain hands-on experience with the appropriate power tools and welding equipment. 

With a shared vision to foster excellence for the new generation of skilled welders here in the Philippines, Powerhouse and Power Skills Technical Center (PSTC) have teamed up to forge strategic partnership. Powerhouse has extended twelve (12) Inverter Machines and twelve (12) Angle Grinders to PSTC, equipping students with the tools they need to succeed in today's competitive welding industry.

During the contract signing, Mr. Michael Louie Jose, President of PSTC, discussed PSTC's role in fostering Filipino welding talent and enabling them to reach global standards of excellence. Mr. Kendrick Siy, Sales and Marketing Director of Powerhouse, echoed the PSTC mission, highlighting the importance of having quality welding machines and contributing to the Philippines’ industrial growth. 

 By equipping PSTC students with the necessary tools and resources, Powerhouse and PSTC are laying the groundwork for a more promising future for Filipino welders. This partnership not only represents collaboration but also fosters long-term growth within the metals, engineering, and allied industries.
